Popping sound in head? Numbness? Do I have a brain tumor?

My cervical neck has been killing me for the longest time and have been getting semi-bad headaches back of my head. I saw a PT for it and they gave me a few exercises to do… I did them (not that often id have to admit), but one day when I did stretch out my neck, I think i stretched too far so now, whenever i turn my head to the left and back to the front, I can hear a popping sound around the cervical area. Only when I stretch, numbness/tingling occurs on the first left three fingers. Because of this I have been lacking great amounts of sleep. Ive tried different kinds of pillows and none of them seem to help. I have also taken muscle relaxants/advil to ease the pain… recently it has not work that effectively as before. I also currently take advair 250 for my asthma… would this med have anything to do with this? Do i have a brain tumor? Whats wrong with my neck/head? Treatments? Any excercise advice? thanks in advance… i appriciate it!

Sounds like you strained your neck. I would do hot and cold compresses, along with the pain meds. A brain tumor is not going to affect your neck, neither would asthma meds.
