IS IT AT ALL POSSIBLE TO TRAVEL WITH OUT A PASS PORT TO ANOTHER COUNTRY? IF ONE HAS A STATE I.D. DRIVERS LI. BIRTH CERTIFICATE IS THAT REALLY NOT ENOUGH? ISIN’T THE MAIN REASON FOR A PASS PORT, TO SEE IF ONE ACTUALLY EXSISTED WHERE THEY SAID THEY WERE FROM?

DOES ONE NEED A PASS PORT IF THEY DO NOT PLAN ON RETURNING BACK TO THE USA?

I would highly recommend you get a passport before you leave. If you travel by law is now required to have a passport. I traveled a few months ago, and they emphazised that I must have a passport next time I travel, and that include anyone else that travels with you. In the past they suggest it, now they are enforcing the law.
Even if you are not planning to come back, it would be safe just to get one, you never know. You might change your mind Plus you can get a passport for 5yrs or 10yrs.

I would highly recommend it . I think it costs $100 to get one, so I think it would be worth $100 if you decide to come back
